Getting Clothing on FiveM Personal Test Server

Yes I'm a newb but this has been driving me crazy. I'm trying to get these mp clothing and shoes to show up on my personal test server and it has been kicking my but because I can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
