Controls Mod Menu dont work properly

I have this problem in gta v where everytime i try to scroll through my mod menu it also does stuff in game. For example when i try to scroll through my trainer with the arrow keys and press the up arrow i grab my phone. Its really annoying and i cant find a solution.
