QuantV 3.0 , NVE , Realism Beyond 2.0 not working for me help

I installed QuantV 3.0 first, then entered game (the lighting effects, rain effects worked) but reflections of cars didnt work.
Same with NVE effects of weather and rain effects worked except reflections
Same with realism beyond

NOTE :- RESHADE AND ENB BOTH WERE OPENING CORRECTLY AT ALL LAUNCH OF GAME , I DONT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH OPENING THOSE.
