Pressing pause in story mode causes the game to attempt to load the map/ pause menu infinitely.

I'm convinced it's some kind of old mod or script I have installed but the only mods I have installed are addon cars and the scripts are ones like enable all interiors, SinglePlayerGarageReloaded, ifruitaddon, and autoairvents. Any advice?
