Convert .Yft to .Ydd

how can I convert a .yft to .ydd in openiv so I can drag and drop it into my "stream" folder for my server?

@allycat21 Both files are different types. They cant be converted. I dont actually use fivem but i think theres a certain way to install peds in your server.
