Where is car siren from loading screen located?

Want to delete it but need location/path, or will mute it in Audacity and replace it.

If it's the one that plays as soon as the game starts up (Rockstar logo, shooting & siren one), it's 'rockstar_logos.bik'
(RAD Video Tools (free) can play '.bik' files, if ever needed)....\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\movies\rockstar_logos.bik
Try No Rockstar intro logos 1.1 to replace 'rockstar_logos.bik' with a blank/empty/dummy file.

@Aurora11 thanks but i never use mods if i can avoid it, other than mlos and entities. I need to know what im changing and document it. I dont allow any blackbox processes on my configuration except for the essentials like sh5 and gameconfig etc.
Edit: nevermind, i realize this is just a replacement file, and @a63nt-5m1th has it in his post. Ive already removed all the online crap from the load, going to keep music, but not siren

Then yeah I guess you can just I don't know, record a 1 second video or crop something to 1 second and convert it to .bik file and then replace the original one in the location agent smith mentioned

@Aurora11 yeah, want to keep music, not bothered by logo, just find siren annoying especially at default sound levels. Im familiar with the bik format and tools from previous discussions and advice from @a63nt-5m1th
