Menyoo stops working if it works at all....

Anyone else having problems with Menyoo since the 'Contract' update? All of a sudden it just cut out. One second it was working and then pressing F8 only gets the 'warning you are attempting to go online with modded blah, blah, blah.' This started after I installed the Vespucci House Interior MLO. I immediately pulled it from OIV and Menyoo was still either not starting or would come on for a second then cut out. I checked the scripthook log and saw 'Underwater Pickups' was the first in a chain of ASI's that got unregistered before Menyoo croaked so I pulled it and restarted the game. Menyoo worked like normal until I turned it off to do something else and then when I hit F8, nuthin'. I put in a 'fresh copy' of the last version to come out and still had the same issue. Also thought it might be a mechanical issue as my system was running hot. Cooled it down to optimum temp and still it didn't work. Both Simple Trainer and Enhanced Native Trainer are working just fine. None of this was happening the day before. Even 'R's' crap launcher hasn't updated for a while so I got no clue what's happening.
