Is there a way to automatically check overlapping files being installed by two different mods?

Hey guys, as the title suggests, two different mods might have some overlapping files, usually I have to manually check each mod and select the ones I prefer to keep but wanted to know if by any chance there is a tool/program out there that can check files of both mods automatically and tell you which files are overlapping. This will make it so much easier
