How To Edit .ASI Files for Translation

Hi users. I want to translate this mod https://tr.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainer-zemanez-and-others from english to turkish. But but this is an ASI file. I just want to change the texts english to turkish. I've searched a lot on the internet and many people say it's impossible but there are those who do. Example: One person was able to translate Native Trainer into Turkish. This is the ASI file too

How can i do this?

Native Trainer's source code is available, which makes it possible to edit and recompile the mod. Enhanced Native Trainer does not have source code available.
