How to install wanda mod 1.2 in gta V online?

I followed the instruction of an online tutorial and I think I did everything correctly but when I tried to load mod in the game, it was not found on peds. rpf. I checked all the mods were on peds.rpf and I added a new ped and named wanda on AddonPeds editor, but it's still not working. Could anyone tell me what went wrong? Thanks a lot!
