[HANDLING] Cars Gearing issues

Hi guys,

i'm fairly new to editing the Handling.meta for GTA5 Mod Cars, but I understand the basics of the file. Right now i'm faceing a problem regarding gearing. I find to have 2 scenarios.

Car (7 gears) shifts normaly from 1st to 3rd gear. Then shifts from 3rd to 4th, 5th, 6th almost immediately and from 6th to 7th only driving close to max speed.
(i fixed that by unsing a GTA5 default handling and adjusting to my preference)
Car (6 gears) goes 70mph in first, shifts to 3rd at 130 and reaches its max speed at 160. So it never uses gear 4 to 6.

Anybody know what im dooing wrong? or what values i should change? As i understand there is only a way to adjust the time it takes to shift from one gear to the next and vice versa.
