ymaps not appearing in game

Hello, I am pretty new to modding and I was trying to install some ymaps into my game to freshen up the look of LS. I looked up a guide and followed all of the instructions and yet, whenever I load into the game the ymaps do not appear. Is there anyone who could help me with this issue? I will link my dlclist.xml as well
