My addons car won't spawn

Help I installed some addon car but some of them just won't spawn, some of them does. Any idea how to fix?

@typical_silver Not enough info. What trainer are you using, give an example of mod that doesn't spawn and where you installed it, post the entry from dlclist.xml.

I use menyoo and ScriptHookV lastest version
i might thinking maybe its my device cause last time gtr didnt appear at all, 25 minutes later it appear

@typical_silver dlclist entries look fine. Super strange that car would appear 25 minutes later, that I can't even begin to explain.

@JohnFromGWN maybe its just my device slow to load, even tho i use ssd and intel graphics
