Visual V + Natural Vision Remastered Water Bug

I had to reinstall all my mods due to an unknown error, I have completed my reinstallation however now Visual V or Natural vision remastered are causing a graphical glitch when flying to the aircraft carrier?

Any ideas this never occurred before and ran successfully for almost a year? I have no idea how to post a picture..... its like the draw distance is huge but the detail draw distance is really short so it unloads the entire main map when flying out to the Carrier.
