[Script Request] Simple Holster/Draw Sounds

It really bugs me that we have mods like CopHolster but no one added draw/holster sounds - I fail poorly when it comes to scripting but I was wondering if this is simple and doable? I asked someone to do this years ago but it crashed often and wasn't the best.
I think the simplest way would be to use the standard draw/holster animation and just play the sound when a pistol/rifle/heavy weapon is equipped. I've tried to do this myself for hours but I can't find half of the information I need because it becomes too specific for my know-how. If no one wants to make this, I'd appreciate some sort of help/tips so that I can at least try again on my own. Thanks!
