Lose props inside interiors and around the map

Hi there, i don't know why, but the game sudenly lost plenty of props inside some interiors, both vanilla and addon ones, for example with Venice Beach House mod:

I lost doors, TVs,.....but after a while after i get a little bit far it reappears. It only happens after i load the game. Also, I lose props on the road, noticeably traffic lights in some intersections.Anyone knows why?
