Where can I find someone to build a vehicle mods based on a CAD geometry? (willing to pay)

I am a motorsports engineering student. My group and I designed a race bike in CAD and multiphycis simulation software (design including engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes, aero and chassis) for a reseach and I would love to convert the thing into a GTA 5 mods. Where can i find someone to do this ? (we are willing to pay)

Check out the Vanillaworks Discord server. Loads of talented folk there. DM one of them directly, and get to negotiating. I can't link the server to you I'm afraid, but there would be my best suggestion to start.
