How to fix game crashing when adding custom weapon models (FIXED)

I followed this tutorial exactly and it worked but when I launch the game it crashes with the error "ERR_SRT_FAILURE_3"
Does anyone know what is causing it to crash?

*Turns out I didn't link the nodes to the mesh properly. That was my issue.
