Model appear in open4 but not in game . Help .

Hello everyone, I have a problem I created a mod (with zmodeler and everything went well), I put the new mod in open4 and it appears without any problem in open4:

but once in game, I spawn the vehicle and nothing happens, I don't understand; some help please.
