The newest patch of GTA V (Version 1.0.2612.1) which released yesterday doesn't supported by the current Script Hook V.

Just wait for SHV to get updated or do a downgrade.

It seems like only those who have the Steam version can downgrade. I have the Retail version (DVD discs) and I cannot downgrade, the launcher immediately detects it and updates to latest build.
