Trying to mod offline (errors)

Hello, i'm trying to mod offline gta v with the updated script hook from http://www.dev-c.com/
and i keep getting this error when launching the game: https://imgur.com/a/AzgRteD
I do have the dvd discs of gta v if that helps
would like to know how to fix this

You need to update your game and then wait for a Scripthook5 update, assuming the developer will update it given he may have been drafted by the military
