GTAV crash/freeze at shutdown and more, what can I do?

Hi, it's a short topic but usefull for many people!

My GTAV freezes the screen automaticly at his shutdown. In addition, it also freezing sometimes when changing graphics settings (V-Sync, MSAA, etc.) : I can't do anything else except force my PC to shut down.

Thanks to whoever able to give a solution for this problem.

@Casqy You're not providing any information that could help us help you. Is this happening with mods or with the vanilla game or both.
