random new cars (add-on)

hi i recently reinstalled my game and added 1 new car to my folder and when i opened my trainer it had 5-6 cars all seem to be gta cars apart from the car i added, each crash the game apart from the one i added..

i was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how do i get the cars to either load in or remove them..
