Tree Sandy(886 trees) [YMAP] - crashes game during loading screen

Wondering please. On the off chance did anyone ever get this mod to work?
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/forests-of-sandy-shores-909-trees-ymap#description_tabAlways crashes during the loading screen. I see in the mod comments others had the same issue. I tried game versions 2060, 2189, 2372, 2545 no luck.
I would ask the author for help but he appears to be banned and m.i.a. I sent an email but no reply.
Tree mods are dope coz they can drastically change the landscape so feels like a new part of the map.
