Hey guys this notification keeps up showing after i installed the mods to my gta v game i tried but it had no use so please help me with this guys i am unable to play gta v from the past three days please help me as soon as possible thank you

Not enough information to help. You installed "the mods". Nobody will guess which ones.

Right-click the Start button, and select: Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Try running SFC /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
If you get a message about finding corrupt files that could not be repaired, you may want to run ChkDsk /f /r as well.

@Real-Alaskan-Legends There isn't any indication of corrupt files or problems with the HDD - not from that error message.
Also, GTA5 will throw a "corrupt data" error if that was the case and with lots of false positives as well.

Dude, stop being lazy and google the sequence of numbers (0xc0000906) that the error gave you. You will find the solution to the problem in the first option that appears.

0xc0000906 is vague, but so is the problem description as you pointed out.
It can be anything from corrupted/overwritten system files to over-zealous scanning software.Relatively fast points to rule out regardless.

@Real-Alaskan-Legends what you recommended can't hurt but from experience is unlikely to be the solution. I can also tell you from years of experience with Microsoft utilities such as scandisk that they are inconsistent.
This is likely an installation issue, wrong folder structure, improper paths, not meeting requirements, or simply an underpowered potato rig. Bottom line is can't help without significantly more info.
In passing ive had dozens of corrupt data error messages, only one of which i could attribute to a corrupt file. The majority were syntax errors and mod conflicts.
Ive never encountered a launcher error, myself, or on these forums.
