need help with locking .rpf file

I want to lock my rpf files to prevent people from accessing it and editing its content, can someone pls help

I've posted about this before, but the topic must have been deleted. The way I found an RPF was locked was with a simple text edit, which could be very easily reversed. There's no point in locking your RPF.

Well, could you explain anyways? Even if it can be easily reversed, any deterrance is helpful. Most people will just give up at the slightest roadblock.
