Any story mode trainer that unlocks all achievements (including online achievements)?

Hey I need a story mode trainer that unlocks all achievements including online achievements, for PC, I don't want to do all achievements again on PC, done all on Xbox. Menyoo/GTA 5 save editor doesn't help. Please suggest a story mode trainer that unlock all achievements.

I think using a save file with all achievements completed would do the trick

I could've sworn Menyoo has the "Unlock all Achievements" updated.
Maybe it was Simple Trainer, but I don't know if it even had that option.
It had to be one of the two as I have all achievements unlocked, even the Online ones, and I never played Online on my PC.

The "Rampage trainer" unlocks all achievements including the online ones. It was what I used to unlock mine.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Rampage.
Maybe it was that trainer I used for the achievements.
