Car Tuning Error

I have a shitload of addon cars, and none of the regular dlc car tuning is working (ex: bikers cars, lowriders, t20). I didn't see any problems on the forums like this before, and I am eager to find out what happened with my game.
Your help would be much appreciated!

@Vac-Efron It happens when an add-on vehicle uses the same ID of a vanilla vehicle.
I'm having this issue too, I'm trying to ind out which add-on is causing it.
