FiveM server help needed.

Hi all.
I want to make a server for me and my friends and am currently stuck. I'm trying to add certain things like interiors/ weapons/ mission etc. to it but I constantly get an error message saying: ''couldn't find resource XXX.''
Also looking for a mod/add-on that saves the players location and character (which it currently doesn't).

Outside of help for this I'm also looking for recommendations for things to add like working LS customs/Benny's. custom/usable homes/apartments. clothing stores. garages and a better HUD/map.
