No mods working at all

I am on the latest GTAV, steam is all good, and i am no stranger to modding/troubleshooting.
Im really perplexed here though.
I have my gta modded for lspdfr.
I out of the blue started getting the crash code 0x0000000C which is normally some graphical issue. The game would load every plugin like normal, but when it came time to load me in game, boom crash. Went and updated a buch of drivers and downloaded all of the C++'s i needed, still had the crash. After finding a Youtube fix which consisted of getting a bunch of .dll's from the system 32 folder, my GTA was able to load again... Since then, NOTHING loads outside of those plugins. Reshade, all of my mods, sounds, scripts, none of them are loading at all. I have a vanilla GTA somehow with all these folders,mods,etc still physically installed.
What the hell has happened or is happening?

@JohnFromGWN thats a great thread. However, im looking for specific help.
Ive checked the asi and script hook logs. According to them, there's no issues and everything is loaded. Yet, NOTHING is. I need to be pointed in more precise direction rather than 28 different possibilities of basic things. This has never happened before to me, nor can i find another person with this exact issue.
any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!

@ExtendedM4gs You completely screwed up your game by watching some moron's video - sorry, no more delicate way to say it.
I would delete all dlls you copied over from system32 - and restore SH5 and dinput8.dll.
Then do a verify integrity.
