@Paul-niko You have to downgrade your game. Preferable to Cayo Perico update. The latest gta update broke map mod collusions...

as @Aurora11 wrote you can downgrade, but this requires previous versions of GTA5.exe, gameconfig.xml, and SH5 - unlikely you backed them up.
if not try some of the solutions compiled here.
