Game Crashes after a Couple Seconds on Story mode Loading Screen

My GTA 5 Crashes after a couple seconds of the story mode loading screen. I have mods installed, and I did notice the game was updated. I have the latest version of scripthook installed but I suppose I will have to wait for the next version if I want to play with mods. Is that the problem or is it some other issue?
