I cannot download OpenIV.

When I click on the download button I get an Error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Is there any other way to download it?

@bakhlawa112 Windows error, has nothing to do with GTA5. best bet, Google and check your browser settings or try edge, ff, opera, Chrome, one at least will work. Could be server too.

@bakhlawa112 I have the same problem, by the way. I think there is a problem with server because it can't provide SSL protocol for secure connection. Probably, that is because SSL certificate has expired, or I don't know.

@AlexSam yes, and you can temporarily change your browser security to accept the site.

Or, you can wait until admins fix the issue.
