Can't install 4K Satellite View Map mod after update!!

I install everything the right way, but with some difficulties, because I think the April update changed some things and it was confusing, like an update2.rpf, the dlcpacks folder.

also the mods folder is being created empty, I myself am having to copy the files and paste in the folder.

this map mod is the most important for me, can someone help me install it?

And install Fix the minimaps.OIV package after you install your satellite view map mods.
