Is there any weapon system like this for singleplayer?

(pic for reference ^^^)i saw this cool mod on fivem which fully removes the weapon wheel and replaces it with a simple on screen UI and limits your pickups to only 4 kinda like the pickups mod but i think this one is better and i was wondering if theres anything like this or the mod itself that i could use in singleplayer
