@perfume did you use Google translate? Not sure what you mean by original appearance. As the game loads Rockstar puts messages and online ads, that's the original appearance.
If you want to change that appearance, search for loading screen mods or modify the bik files yourself.

Or do a verify integrity to restore original files.

I checked in OpenIV and the files you need to restore from the game folder to the mod folder are:
update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_fonted.rpf
update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_platform_pc.rpf
If you replaced/modified the game files themselves, you need to verify integrity, assuming your game isn't pirated.
