Overhaul mod, night is too dark.

Hello! I downloaded this visual overhaul mode for gta v (rage multiplayer) which i really like but when it gets to night, the night is very very VERY dark, I want to have bright night in case i get into shootout so i can see what or who am I shooting at. I downloaded open IV but i dont know what to edit exactly.
when I open timecycle file theres a lot of others files like w_blizzard.xml, w_clear.xml, w_clearing.xml and etc should i change numbers maunally in all of these files or I just have to change something in one of the files and others will follow it? please help me i really need this
