Car request (I have the files, but I need to discuss about publishing it)

Hey!
One of my favourite add-on cars here have been the Mclaren P1 GTR by ammar. But now, I cant find it anymore on the gta5 mods. I still have the installation files (no idea will they still work, worked last time I tried) so what I want to know is that is someone willing to/is it acceptable to publish it back to here and that someone would update it? It has some inconviniences like weird texture on the side panel of the car and top speed being really low.

Another problem here is that I have no knowledge about making/improving/modifying these files/cars so someone who is capable to do this would be also better publishing it.
