Simple trainer mod download not working.

First time trying to get mods on my GTA V and when I go to download the simple trainer it dosent download a folder just a .rar file that I cant open. Please help.

@D_ave9 why are you blaming the download, this is a winrar archive, like a zip file, it needs to be unzipped or extracted or unarchived.
