How can I get the same mods as SMii7Y (youtuber) uses?

Hi! I'm new to modding GTA and I was wondering how can I have the same mods as Smii7y uses in his videos?
I'd like to play with my gf and some friends and use the many characters, no-clip, etc.

Most of his videos, seem to be in FiveM. Which Is GTA but roleplay. The models he uses are found in this website.
