Skin texture for lowr (bottoms) how to create addon jeans?

I noticed a problem when creating pants, that in order not to create an "addon" texture I have to give them as accessories (accs). I don't want it this way! By adding pants as a lowr file, I would like the part marked as skin to automatically change according to the previously selected skin color, so that the dark-skinned character doesn't have white legs as shown in the image.
I'm tired of looking for answers because I have already tried many things to fix that or find solution. Also I was considering to connect files from nudity related addons.
Is it just changing DDS files or more complicated?
Could someone send me a tutorial if there is any solution? I'm desperate that I could send a picture of my dog's paws for help. Thank you in advance.
