problem with downloading

hello everyone I have a problem in downloading any mod, I do not download a file folder but an explorer page, how can I solve the problem?

@zargos91 you likely have a file association with internet explorer.
Which extension are you having issues with, zip, rar, or, 7z?
Here is how to get rid of the file association.
- Right click the start menu icon
- Select Command Prompt Admin
- At the command prompt type this:
assoc .rar = - Press enter.
