No "mphipster" folder in GTA V Game Folder

Hello, I was trying to install some custom pants.png file for my custom characters, but when I went to do that in OpenIV, there was no "mphipster" in my update or mods folder. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

OpenIV has a search function. Easy to use.
