Fastest way for OpenIV to Open with GTA5

Fastest and simplest way to open it quickly and directly to GTA V mod environment.

Right click the shortcut (or create a shortcut) to OpenIV and select Properties.

In the Target box you will have something like "C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\New Technology Studio\Apps\OpenIV\OpenIV.exe"

Even if your installation is on a different drive or folder, add the following after OpenIV.exe: -core.game.select:false

Your target should now look like this:
"C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\New Technology Studio\Apps\OpenIV\OpenIV.exe" -core.game.select:false

N.B. The parameters -core.game.select:false should be outside the quotation marks.
