unable to find pattern #15

anyone getting this issue whenever they run the after a game update, i have just installed the newest version of script hook v which was 2699 and my game is also updated to 2699. when i run the game it doesn't even reach the screen where you chose the story mode it comes up with a message saying "unable to find pattern #15", at the top of the error box is says packfilelimitadjuster, so i think it may be an issue with that but can anyone help
