Is there a weapon attachment mod menu?

IS there a mod menu that lets you add any attchment you want like a scope or suppressor or extended mag ETC....

HMM ok cause when i use a mod change the skin then it takes my guns away then i get them back with a mod and the attachments are gone and all the ammunitions are locked
