Vehicles from "The Contract" update have no engine sounds.

I have not been able to figure out what is causing this. For some reason, it's only the vehicles from The Contract update that have this issue. None of them have any engine sounds. I've tried copying the dlcpack from my Update Folder to my Mods Folder and that didn't work. I looked through the audio files in the dlcpack and everything seems to be there. I'm completely lost on how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

@CybershadeSR could be electric cars? If not make the sound with your mouth as you drive.
