Story mode loading Loop problem

Please help..
I tried installing mod and my game started crushing when loading the story mode..
I installed "pack limit adjuster" and the story mode keeps loading and loading..like in a loop.
I tried tracing back my steps to delete the mods and still the same problem.. please help
