ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT and strange behaviors

Hi guys,
I often get this error while playing, creating missions (with mission maker), trying to exit gta with Alt+Tab, etc.I have tried downloading and reinstalling DirecX and setting DirectX 10.1 and 10, but nothing has changed (I am using DirectX 11).
I also have other strange behaviors, maybe related to the same thing, for example, the game opens in full screen and I can't change the settings, to put it in window for example, it freezes everything for a while and then this error, I often see freezes while playing or gray areas (not loaded yet). I lowered the graphics settings (these I can change) but not much changed, the pc should be enough to play gta5 decently.

GTx 1050 TiWith mission maker, I have to reload the game two or three times before I can see the mission list, the first two times mission maker crashes and disappears, the third time it may be that everything works perfectly...
Can you help me figure out how to solve the various problems?

@alebal First question, does you game have these issues without mods? Rename dinput8.dll to stop all mods from loading and test it.
If it does run well, runs stably, then you know it's that script or some other mods causing the problem.
Changing your DirectX without knowing the exact cause for the problem? The odds are pretty close to winning the lottery.
Check your modding environment - gameconfig, heap, pack, etc. Remember the game was just updated with a pretty shitty update, broke many games.

I reinstall direcx because its the first thing they say to do on many tutorial to solve this problem, but doesn't work...
Gameconfig heap etc are update and fresh installed... I put all on root because there are no many instructions... Hope its okay...

No surprise that didn't work. Not saying it can't happen, just something you change when you run out of options or your game is pure vanilla without any mods installed.

I think you missed the point about whether your game works without mods or not.

Adding mods to a game that doesn't run properly without mods is definitely not the best idea.
First get your game to run period. Update you video drivers, set the in game settings, particularly textures etc. to low or to their defaults as a start, even if you have a hi-end system.
Only after your game runs should you consider modding the game.
