New dlc cars not spawning

I’m running the latest version of gta, simple trainer , and script hook v please help if you can

Create your own dlcpacks by using an existing one or use the addon creator mod. Put all the vehicle files in vehicle rpf and all the mods in vehicle mods rpf, add them to dlclist.xml and spawn them with any trainer without having to wait for an updated trainer.
